Institute of Informatics´ Vision

    • The main aim of Syntea software Group, a.s. - the founder of the Institute - is to cultivate ICT environment, to improve the quality of ICT specialists education and to speed up the process of Research & Development.
    • At the same time students of the Institute will improve their competitive advantage on the ICT labor market. The best graduates will find their future position in Syntea, to the others we will assist to find positions in prominent ICT or other top companies.
    • Students will learn how to cooperate in teams, how to organize and plan the job, how to establish the company and how to protect intellectual ownerships of developed software.

Background:

    • Institute of Informatics was established at Prague in 2004, licensed in January 2006 and started the educational process in September 2006.
    • Our status is recognized by Ministry of Education of Czech Republic – we are offering post-secondary education - Junior College level.
    • The owner - Syntea Software Group a.s., led by Jiří Kamenický, is a prominent company in ITC branch engaged in designing large systems
    • There is a niche on the ICT market for education of ICT college educated employees serving as SW Developers, Analysts, Designers, Coordinators and Project Managers.
